Payment terms

Bookings

A booking security deposit of 30% of the total cost is required to make a booking.

The balance of the payment can be made prior to arrival or an arrival day. No invoice or letter of confirmation can be dispatched to you until the booking deposit has been received. We accept payment by laser, credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment by cheque or Postal Orders are not accepted unless cleared before the arrival date.

Cancellations

Booking deposit is non-refundable, however if we can fill your dates with another customer we will refund your deposit in full.

Thus you are holding on to 50% of your cost. We recommend that customers purchase appropriate travel insurance

Utilities (Heat & Electricity)

We have included an average usage of heat and electricity anything above this amount will be charged at the going rate based on a meter reading done on site and payable on departure.

Security deposit on departure

The full security deposit will be retained if there are any damages to the property or its contents. Additional payment may be required if damages are over this amount. Failure to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of the security deposit. Please ask us if you have any queries in this area.

Bed linen and towels:

Bed linen and towels are supplied free of charge, however if they are not in the property on departure we will charge for them. 

Cots / Highchairs:

Requests for these can be made prior to arrival without any charge. 

Complaints

Please let us know of any complaints/ problems when they arise and we will address your concerns as soon as possible.
